We value you, our customers, your ratings, and your business. We want your business to be recurring. However, due to the nature of our business such as creating, customization and designing we are unable to restock products. Positive Stationery & Gifts, LLC is unable to provide refunds. We will gladly provide a <em>store credit or another item of equal value </em>if you are unhappy with our products and/or service. </p> <p>Please give us the opportunity to reconcile any errors or dissatisfaction. If you wish to return your purchase, please do so by sending your concern to: psandgiftsllc@gmail.com. On all returning orders, including "free shipping" orders, you will have to pay for your return to our company. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately issue a store credit for the full amount. <font style="background-color: #ffff99;">There will be a 50% handling fee for all returned items. <strong><font face="book antiqua,palatino,serif"><em>For example</em></font></strong>, if your order cost $100, a restocking fee of $50 (50%) will apply.
