We value you, our customers, your ratings, and your business. &nbsp;We want your business to be recurring. &nbsp;However, due to the nature of our business such as creating, customization and designing we are unable to restock products. Positive Stationery &amp; Gifts, LLC is unable to provide refunds. &nbsp;We will gladly provide a <em>store credit or another item of equal value&nbsp;</em>if you are unhappy with our products and/or service. &nbsp;</p> <p>Please give us the opportunity to reconcile any errors or dissatisfaction. &nbsp;If you wish to return your purchase, please do so by sending your concern to: psandgiftsllc@gmail.com. On all returning orders, including "free shipping" orders, you will have to pay for your return to our company. &nbsp; Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately issue a store credit for the full amount.&nbsp; <font style="background-color: #ffff99;">There will be a 50% handling fee for all returned items.&nbsp; <strong><font face="book antiqua,palatino,serif"><em>For example</em></font></strong>, if your order cost $100, a restocking fee of $50 (50%) will apply.&nbsp; Therefore, you will receive a store credit of $50 balance, after the handling fee.</font></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SHIPPING</strong></p> <p><strong>We ship all items within 3-10 business days. &nbsp;If customization is needed, we ship within 7-12 business days.</strong></p>
